Emily gave great care to my Husband. She could see we had been there some time waiting on replies to results and chased the doctor to talk it through with us. Emily was polite friendly and a credit to the NHS service along with her team members. Appreciate the NHS service is extreamly busy but if you kept the patients informed a bit more they would be more at eased even if there is nothing to say but to make the patient feel they are not just there or forgotten about. Would be lovely to have drs that could speak clearer English. Sorry but instead of having to explain over and over again your symptoms etc why not have it documented so each Dr or Nurse can read it. This can be very irratating when your in pain and feel your repeating yourself. Thank you

Emily is important part of the team and works well with her colleagues within in. She is very accessible and approachable. She has, on several occasions, escalated unwell patients to me in a timely, safe and professional manner. It is always a delight to work alongside Emily!

When I have to leave the ward and go elsewhere (A+E/theatre) I do so happy in the knowledge that my patients are going to be well looked after by her. One of my patients in particular told me that she was very nice to her during a difficult time.

Emily told me what medicine I was having and updated me on who would see me next week. E.g. doctor or surgeon.
